REFUND POLICY
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days of placing the order, or at the latest, 14 days after receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled mid-shipment. The withdrawal is only valid if the goods are returned to us. As shipments are processed quickly, the package is typically already in the hands of the delivery carrier. In order to process a refund, we must first receive the goods back.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly notify us of your decision to revoke the contract (e.g., by email or a written letter). Please send your return request to:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the end of the 60-day period.
Please note: A return without a formal withdrawal notice is not considered a valid contract revocation and will not be accepted.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you — including standard delivery costs (excluding any premium shipping options you selected). Refunds will be processed no later than 30 days from the date we receive your formal notice of withdrawal.
We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until:
We receive the returned goods, or
You provide proof that you have returned the goods — whichever comes first.
You must return the items to us within 14 days of submitting your withdrawal notice. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day window expires. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
You may be liable for any diminished value of the goods if the condition shows signs of wear or misuse beyond what is necessary to determine fit or functionality.
Return, Exchange, and Store Credit Options
Under your right of withdrawal, you may choose one of the following:
1. Store Credit with Bonus
Receive instant store credit for the full value of your return, plus an additional bonus (e.g. $10–$20) to help cover return shipping. Store credit can be used on any future purchase.
2. Free Exchange
Exchange your item for another style or size of equal value (subject to stock availability). Shipping fees for exchanges may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Refund
A refund will be issued to your original payment method once your returned goods are received and verified at our facility. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
